We believe in a communal God that invites us into community. This year we want to come together as the family of God to belong and to be refreshed. Come join us for a time of rest and renewal as we spend time together at Fair Havens!

Location: Fair Havens Ministries

Cost: $150 per adult, $75 children/youth (food is included)

For those of you who can’t join us for the whole retreat but would like to attend the Sunday morning, please sign up here. If you'd like, you can enjoy the grounds till 5 pm on Sunday.

• What are the lodging options?

  There are many different room configurations. Please refer to Fair Haven's website for more details.

• Food allergies?

  They can accommodate all dietary restrictions, so feel free to add that information when you sign up.

• Do you have a schedule?

  Here’s a sample schedule although things may change as we get closer to the retreat.

  10pm - Quiet time/bed

  8:30am – Breakfast

  10:00am – Morning Session

  11:00am – Group photo & free time

  12:30pm – Lunch

  1:30pm - Afternoon Free to Choose

  5:30pm – Dinner

  7:30pm – Evening Session

  9pm – Campfire

  11:00pm – Quiet Time/Bed

  8:30am – Breakfast

  10am – Sunday Worship & Communion

  11:00am - Pack up for home

  12:30pm - Lunch

  1:30pm - Home

• Is there ride sharing?

  There are a few people who are ride sharing, if you are interested, please let Sam Lee know

• What activities are there?

  There are a number of activities that are available for you. We will have a few group activities planned as well. Please refer to this link and the schedule for more details.

• Theme & Speaker?

  The theme for the retreat is Spring Alive. We are focusing on how as the people of God can be refreshed by the presence of God as we commune with God and one another. The pastoral staff and others from the SGC family will be speaking. Please see below for our speaker’s bio.

Rose Lynn’s passion is to care for the souls of leaders and help them to cultivate a deeper relationship with God as they discover His fingerprints within their history and amidst the ordinary day-to-day experiences of life. It is through the discipline of Spiritual Direction, that she desires to see people move beyond their intellect and knowledge of God to heart knowledge by becoming more intimately aware of
God’s voice and God’s presence in their life.

Rose Lynn is a Certified Spiritual Director (CSD), an Arrow Executive Leader (AEL), has a Master of Theological Studies (MTS) with a concentration in Spiritual Formation from Tyndale University College and Seminary, and a Bachelor of Education from York University.
