I was born and raised in North York, Ontario. I am the son of Vern and Kathy Kay, and the brother of Glenn. My wife, Monica, and I live in North York with our two daughters, Chloe and Neve. I graduated from OBC (now Tyndale College) in 1997 with a Bachelor of Religious Education degree. In 2009, I earned my Masters of Divinity at Tyndale Seminary. Additionally, I studied Jazz Performance and Arranging at Humber College and graduated in 2001.

I was born in Seoul, South Korea, and moved to Toronto in 1987. I have lived most of my life in Toronto and consider it my home. My wife, Jin, and I have three children: Taylor, Toby, and Olive. I graduated from Wycliffe College with my Masters of Divinity in 2008 and received my Doctor of Ministry from Acadia Divinity College in 2022. I love the outdoors, playing sports, and spending time with family. I am passionate about serving God and seeing people live out their identity as the beloved child of God.

I was born and raised in Zimbabwe but after graduating from High School, I moved to Canada as a post-secondary student. Although I still consider Zimbabwe my home, Canada has in many ways become a home as well. I currently live in Mississauga with my husband, Ben and am in the process of completing a Master of Theological Studies at Tyndale University. I love to write, enjoy spending time outside, particularly when it is warm and sunny, and always welcome a meaningful conversation over a cup of tea.
