We're Not in Kansas Anymore: New Orientation
Like a tornado, COVID (and racist violence, etc) rips us away from the security and safety of what was normal and comfortable. The disorientation can be hard, causing fear and motion sickness, making us question God's presence with us, and all we want to do is go back 'home' to what we had before. Where is God in the midst of this, and is the best thing for us to go back, or to be open to something new?
Series runs from August 6 -27th, 2020.

Faith Works: Opus 11
"Faith without works is dead”. The letter of James has no one central theme outside of the reality that living faith works itself out in deeds. Like a composer writing the score for a musical work, the symphony of our life of faith is heard through the composition of the various works of our enacted faith. The letter of James describes a number of works of faith.
